Shipping Information

Holistic Spaces currently offers:

US shipping method via USPS First Class mail. We calculate our shipping cost with a flat fee of $5 per order plus $1.50 per item. and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.

CANADA shipping method via USPS International mail. We calculate our shipping cost with a flat fee of $10 per order plus $1.50 per item. and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL shipping method via USPS International mail. We calculate our shipping cost with a flat fee of $20 per order plus $1.50 per item. and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.

All shipments shall be fulfilled within five business days of receiving the order, except stretched canvas art which may take an additional five business days.

USPS First Class Mail within the US

— $5 flat rate per order + $1.50 per item

USPS International Mail to CANADA 

— $10 flat rate per order + $1.50 per item

USPS International Mail 

— $20 flat rate per order + $1.50 per item

Returns & Exchanges

No refunds, store credit only. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Essential oils
  • Sale items or any items purchased with a coupon or discount code

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and emailed to you. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of the return approval, please contact us at info@holisticspaces.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or any items purchased with a coupon or discount code cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@holisticspaces.com and send your item to: 457 FDR Dr A401 New York New York USA 10002.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 457 FDR Dr A401 New York New York USA 10002.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
