I’m so excited to have Marcia Shibata, my wonderful Ikebana teacher, back on the podcast. Marcia joined us back in December of 2016(!) to discuss Ikebana, but for this week’s podcast, Marcia and I talk art in everyday life, or dharma art. We’ll discuss art through the western and Buddhist lenses, how to make art part of everyday life and how important it is to make space in our lives.

  • What is dharma art?

  • Western art and Buddhist art

  • Dharma though flower arranging

  • Inspiration for art

  • Competition in art

  • Creativity and making space

Thanks so much to Marcia for sharing her wisdom with us again!

Thanks so much for listening to the Holistic Spaces Podcast brought to you by Mindful Design Feng Shui School!
